Before Class:

PRE-CLASS

First time? We got you.

During pre-class, we break down
the class format and show you how to use our
custom treads so you can focus on the trek, not the tech.

WARM UP:

Ready to train like a champ?
— it’s about to go down.
Before we hit our stride, we’ll run through a functional,
running-inspired warm up to get you sprint-ready.

3 Rounds:

Lace up, let’s go.

Three rounds of intervals to push your endurance and speed
(and power up that heart rate).
Forget the clock, and just burn, baby, burn.

Between each round,
catch your breath with a “Recovery” walk or jog. It’s up to you.

3 Rounds:

Switch sides — hit the floor for strength & conditioning,
where you’ll use dumbbells, resistance bands,
and your own bodyweight to train for the fight of your life.

Between each heart-pumping round,
you’ll grab a quick active recovery.

2 Rounds:

Back to the tread to let it rip.

Find your personal edge with our Push Mode.
Customize your resistance and maximize your power for a bolt that leaves you breathless.

Top it off with our infamous Rumble Round, and leave it all on the tread.

2 Rounds:

Finish strong. Coming at you with resistance bands,
we haven’t forgotten about those arms & abs.
(And once you’re done, neither will you.)
